After a pretty crazy couple years I have been encouraged to share my story so here are my thoughts/opinions on topics that come to my mind.
AT NO POINT SHOULD THIS BE CONSIDERED MEDICAL ADVICE. My experiences will be different then yours but should give you a jumping off point.
I am a 34 year old mother of one that struggles with: Fibromyalgia, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and Infertility. My mom never taught me not to swear (seriously you should see her during playoffs) and I never learned the meaning of “to much information” – You have been warned
